Our studio is led by Costella Javgureanu, our founder and creative director, whose international background—spanning Italy, Germany, Austria, Croatia, and the United States—shapes the way we approach design every day. With a strong foundation in brand identity, editorial design, advertising materials, UI design, and content creation, Costella brings both technical depth and a human-centered mindset to our creative process, guiding the entire team with clarity and vision. Together, we combine research, visual strategy, and thoughtful design solutions to help brands communicate authentically and effectively.

Outside of work, Costella’s passions—basketball, salsa dancing, and cooking for friends and family—mirror the energy, creativity, and warmth that define our studio. Just as she brings rhythm, teamwork, and a sense of experimentation to every hobby, we channel those same qualities into our design work, crafting experiences that are vibrant, thoughtful, and human-centered.
